Shipping policy
Everything you can hold is made to order, so nothing ships from a shelf. Here is how it works.
Where we ship
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and Singapore.
A few products are made for particular countries. Where that applies, the shop shows you the version for your country.
Making your order
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made. Most are ready sooner.
Delivery times
Once your order ships, these are the usual delivery times:
- United States: 2 to 8 business days
- Australia: 3 to 6 business days for products printed in Australia, and 10 to 30 business days for products printed in the United States
- New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days for products printed in Australia, and 10 to 30 business days for products printed in the United States
- Canada and Singapore: 10 to 30 business days
Most of our products are printed in the United States, which is why delivery elsewhere takes longer. The Australia & NZ Edition mugs are printed in Australia.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather and busy seasons can make delivery faster or slower.
Shipping cost
Shipping is worked out at checkout from what you order and where it is going. You see the cost before you pay.
More than one parcel
Different products are made in different places, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.
Tracking
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.
Import taxes and duties
Orders that cross a border may be charged import taxes or duties by the country they arrive in. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Downloads and gift cards
Music downloads and gift cards are delivered by email. There is nothing to ship and no shipping charge.
