Refund policy

Everything we sell is made to order for you, so returns work a little differently here.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or it is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. We will tell you if we need the item sent back.

Change of mind

Because each item is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including a different size or color. Each T-shirt page has a size guide, so please check it before you order.

Music downloads

Music downloads are digital files, so they cannot be returned, and we do not refund a download once it has been delivered. If a file is faulty or will not download, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to show it.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.
